Join us as we celebrate Mentally Flourishing's first anniversary and our ongoing commitment to supporting mental health in our communities. This special event, Flow & Release: A Mixer for The Healers, is a night dedicated to relaxation, connection, and raising awareness for suicide prevention. Over the past year, I have been honored to provide safe, supportive spaces for Black, Brown, and queer individuals, and now we're inviting you to be part of this celebration of healing and hope.
Mental health is a journey we all navigate, yet so many struggle in silence. We’re using this milestone to spotlight the importance of accessible support, open conversations, and collective care—especially for those in marginalized communities.
